Chef Scott Torgerson received his professional training in the Culinary Arts program at Red River College in Winnipeg, MB. He apprenticed under Master Chef Takashi Murakami. He also worked alongside Team Canada’s Chef Cameron Huley in various roles. Chef Torgerson has received numerous awards and is an active member of the CCFCC and the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
