Our Chef

Chef Scott Torgerson received his professional training at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has worked in some of Manitoba’s Premier kitchens including apprenticing at St Charles CC under Master Chef Takashi Murakami. Chef Torgerson has earned numerous culinary awards, was a member of National Culinary Team Canada, as well as an active member of the CCFCC and the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
